Pros
I can’t say enough positive things about this company. This leadership team understands how to keep employees happy and keep them working hard. The company truly lives by their Core Values (Trust, Humility, Embrace Change, Passion, Attitude, Team Player, Honesty/Integrity – aka THE PATH). Management doesn’t micro-manage because they TRUST that you’re getting your work done and know you’re PASSIONATE about your job. The executive leadership is very down to earth and wants to get-to-know their employees. HUMILITY is important to them and they don’t put themselves on a pedestal. We have multiple company-wide WebEx meetings per year where the executive leadership team speaks about what we’re doing right and where we can improve. You leave the meeting with a positive ATTITUDE, wanting to see the company succeed. I’m fortunate to be part of a great department where everyone is a TEAM PLAYER and will do what it takes to get the job done. Our benefits are amazing – a $500 health insurance deductible per year for a family…need I say more? I’ve never heard of this at any other company. Plus we have an on-site Health Center that is completely FREE! They offer a great work/life balance that makes being a working mom actually manageable. PTO is generous along with 10 paid holidays. I can’t wait to see where this company will be in 5 years. The vision they have for this company is actually happening. We’re expanding our Advance Technology Center throughout campus and just began construction for our new headquarters building, here in St. Louis. I feel so fortunate to be part of this company.
Cons
I wish we had an on-campus cafeteria and common eating area for all everyone on campus. Maybe there will be one in our new headquarters building once it's finished.
