      Pros

      It is hard to find a company these days that lives up to the ideals that they profess in their core values; WWT absolutely does that and more. The people that work there and the culture they have created is astounding. The typical demeanor is very positive and friendly, the work environment is respectful and truly collaborative and the people are very real. If you are looking for that elusive "place you can retire from" that seems to have gone by the wayside in the last 10-15 years, this is it, it still does exist.

      Pros

      Growth opportunity in every part of the organization, executive management team that cares for their employees and a strong desire to add value to their end clients.

      Cons

      Sometimes, we wait to long before we coach individuals out of the organization but this is also one of its pros.
