      Pros

      Great atmosphere, great culture, where you feel truly supported in your career. You're encouraged to continue learning and to pursue other areas of the business. The team attitude is felt from the executive level down and it's truly a place where you fee like you landed in the home where you can see staying for your entire career. Family health centers free for all of our employees and their dependents that are on our health care plan-which also rocks!

      Cons

      None that I have found yet-maybe parking (running joke around the main campus)- if that's the only con I can come up with, I think we're in good shape!

      Pros

      WWT provides unbelievable benefits for their employees as well as an on site health center that's easily accessible and a great perk. They make sure their employees are put first and lead with culture. World Wide also works hard to maintain a work/life balance for their employees as well as provides flexibility when at all possible. This is a fantastic place to work!

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say about the company, leadership or the opportunities provided at WWT.

      Pros

      Continuous learning is key at Asynchrony. It's a high performance environment without the high stress. Pair programming and Test Driven Development help keep knowledge silos very low, which means each person has freedom to move to new challenges rather than being stuck in place. This means exposure to new technologies and experiences.

      Cons

      There are few cons. There are higher paid positions on the east and west coasts. The fact we do client work may be a downside for some, as there is less company ownership of the software (in general).
