This company is an eye opener. Not just from an engineering standpoint, but as a matter of philosophy. You'll think differently here. You hear about companies that advocate continuous integration and continuous delivery, but this company is about continuous feedback (plus those other things too). Asking the question "how can I improve" is very encouraged and paramount to working here. If you can't handle constructive feedback, this isn't the place for you. You'll work with the best talent in St. Louis -- people who you can learn from, and develop good practices from. I certainly won't work anywhere else, and I've been in the industry for 10 years.
