Pros

Highly collaborative environment Management truly works with employees to make it a better fit for them instead of letting them leave. Lots of learning opportunities due to multiple clients Given the right time, an employee usually gets his/her choice of the project. Truly self organizing teams who are given autonomy to determine their own path to success instead of being mandated by management or someone else. Hiring process is great as the people who are doing the work (developers, QAs, coaches, etc.) do the interviews themselves and management trust their decision.

Cons

The company is growing really fast, so maintaining the culture will get difficult. Due to the fast growth some people fall through the crack and do not get appropriate onboard training.

Pros

I love working for a company that invest so much in the Leadership Development of all employees. The company, as a whole, believes in their people!

Cons

It can sometimes be difficult to get your arms around the entirety of the business because we are so large and diverse, globally present, and provide such a wide variety of services to our customers.

Pros

They start everyone out at $12/hour with decent hours.

Cons

If you're not either related to a hire up or a "favorite" they make your life a living hell and will find a reason to fire you so they can hire more family/friends. They promote off of favoritism not hard/dedicated work ethic.

Thanks. We do have a popular employee referral program. While this may help some family and friends get introduced to the company, it doesn't guarantee getting hired or continued employment. All employees are expected to perform with no exceptions. Thanks again and good luck in your new role.
