- Teams are truly autonomous - Flat organization structure with leadership highly accessible - Highly collaborative; success is determined by the team, not the individual - Great work-life balance and benefits - Lots of quirky, creative personalities who are respectful of each other - Ability to move between projects and learn new technologies

Cons

- Since the office has an open design, it can get quite loud at times. Also, due to increased growth, work areas can feel cramped for space. However, I believe they're actively working to improve this.

Agreed that high performance does not necessarily correlate to years of experience, and we do our best to recognize that, but there's always room to improve. Also, we've recently set up an R&D process that is going to make sure any work we do in that area has real goals and ends when it needs to, we're excited about applying the same logic we do for our customer to our own internal efforts. Work for a great company while living in St. Louis, diverse job opportunities for employees of every age, race, gender, and skill level. Relaxed environment that is passionate about getting things done Offers several opportunities for innovating on solutions, especially in homegrown tech Effective coaching between coworkers and their immediate bosses Awesome pay and benefits, hard to find competition for it in the Midwest New headquarters right in Westport Plaza, easy location for most in Metro St. Louis

Cons

Starting to lose its small-company feel Not disrupting or innovating its management model, WWT just reuses the same old hierarchical style of management, using middle-managers where they are mostly ineffective, inefficient, and too far removed from the teams

I love the camaraderie I have here with my fellow co-workers. We work hard, don't judge each other, and have a great time discussing ideas and writing software. My developer skills have accelerated more in the last year than they have in the previous 5 years working in stuffy corporate america.
