The people are amazing Sometimes dollars are available to attend conferences / seminars Flexi hours Half day Friday's before bank holidays

Cons

Leadership is too egotistical and proud to admit it's made a big mistake moving away from species and international focus. No pay rises No promotions No mentorship High turnover
