Pros

Great set of people,amazing work, a good peer group and superiors who guide you. Food available inside the building and located in the heart of the city near the UN and other important places. Flexible working hours. Great exposure and an amazing brand name. Amazing work culture and the best values I've ever seen.

Cons

Since it is a non profit,salary isn't high. Office is not like a huge corporates but gives a very homely feel. Food isnt great so got to eat out if you want a good meal. Some of the computers are outdated. No wifi access provided .

Fantastic state of the art, eco-friendly office. Easy to get to from Woking station.

Cons

Some people work the minimum they have to, others work all the hours there are. Both are rewarded the same.
