Pros

The organization is very people friendly. It offers very good work-life balance options. It has many talented and nice people. Overall, I feel very happy everyday working there.

Cons

A little bit old-fashioned in the IT and communication aspect. I have only worked here for half a year. So far have not experienced much down sides .
