Work hard and get nothing for it.

Pros

The only good part of working for this company is the feeling that in some small measure you are helping people make extra money. They also let you know from the moment you are hired that there will be no room for advancement.

Cons

The supervisors set your schedule and do not allow for any changes. You are encouraged to get people to lie about their medical histories in order to qualify for studies. They fire employees for being sick, and threaten them with unemployment if they have major health issues. The supervisors promise bonuses for meeting quotas and then squirm out of actually paying out bonuses. The only workers who get any consideration are the ones who go out and party with the supervisors after work hours. There is no congratulations given when numbers are met, but lots of stress put on employees to meet numbers. If you have any moral issues with offering dangerous drugs to uneducated people then this is not the place for you.

Pros

Started out ok but lied about everything. Maybe the benefit s are about the only thing. Medical is okay and you will need it as they will put you in the hospital or death bed.

Cons

This now one of the worst CRO's you could work for. They are willing to risk your life and health for metrics. They have no standards or integrity. They are the last to comply with any GCP regulations. Management will defend their own no matter how wrong they are, as they are all friends that worked at the same company before coming to Worldwide. They are willing to even risk patients lives for their own good. Project Managers are out right bullies you are not safe with any of them. It is like they are set out to degrade and bet you down every way possible. They are pure nasty evil people.

Pros

I love my job and used to be happy at Worldwide. My manager is quite possibly the kindest person ever and my team is lovely. HOWEVER, things are changing and have really taken a turn over the past year.

Cons

The company is experiencing a lot of growth but does not have the people or processes in place to keep up. When we do get new hires, there aren't enough resources to properly train them or give them the time they deserve. The culture is shifting. Work life balance isn't there anymore. Everyone is swamped. The CEO recently sent an email threatening termination if quality issues continued. It was so demotivating and did not reflect the positive, supportive environment that I'm used to working in.
