Directions don’t make sense for a lot of processes, they tell you in an SOP not to complete more than 12 training modules in more than one day. You actually sign off that you agree and understand no more than 12. The emails regarding assigned trainings clearly state you have 30 days to complete all assigned trainings however management will email you that you CAN complete up to 15 trainings p/day and you only have 2 weeks, NOT 30 days. You will be micromanaged even though you are doing your job and doing a good job! You’ll be questioned when not logged into teams but you’re available via email, telephone, and mobile teams app.

Inconsistent direction across many functional areas. Extremely weak, incompetent, and unprofessional project managers. Lazy CRAs, little to no room for advancement. Very sketchy upper management, and outdated clinical applications that makes you job redundant and wasteful.
