Pros

They will send you to training for paccar, international, and mack/Volvo. It's a good place to get a foot in the door as a new technician.

Cons

Pay raise is impossible. Foreman refuses to help the techs with anything he would rather do the service writers job while talking about everyone behind their backs. No parts inventory. Shop tooling is lacking
