Pros

Great company to learn and further your knowledge in Semis

Cons

Don’t give raises no matter how much work you do and how efficient only when you get certified.

Pros

I love the customers, and enjoyed working with employees.

Cons

Every time someone in company makes a mistake, they create a new process that puts a strain on daily tasks . I would rather be micromanaged than deal with some of the guarded inventory processes. I would recommend any position other than management here. New hires will make more than current.
