Friendly staff and managers, willing to assist employees if emergency comes up, understanding of families and kids, great place to work

Pros

Coworkers were easy to get along with. Job is not overly taxing, nor is it difficult.

Cons

Management does not have much in the way of education. For example, a division manager has no college education. Not current with proven business or management techniques that would make the company more successful. Finally, no structured training programs or career paths.
