Pros

Competitive starting salary. Hybrid work model. Can work from any country that you have work rights in for up to a month. Good healthcare benefits in the US.

Cons

Terrible work culture. Management clearly expects you to work for free if you don't complete a project within the allotted hours (which are often way to few for the demands of a project). The company will perform incredibly well but raises will barely keep up with inflation if at all. No profit sharing. The sustainability initiative is nothing but a publicity stunt and is not reflected at all in the work being performed.
