Good engineering procedures and systems, Structured work environment, Safe work location / environment

Cons

Manager was only focussed on counting hours sold (to client) vs. hours cost (contractors, staff). Contractors and staff are simply a cost of production. No career planning. No 360 degree performance reviews, certainly the manager needed to have his performance reviewed by his subordinates, but this was never done. No recognition of good work. Critisizing of minor faults, asking for impossible tasks to be done that were not even in my usual job description or which i had no control over.
