Pros

Opportunities to travel. Company has a global footprint with access to a diverse selection of potential projects. This ensures that there potential access to interesting projects.

Cons

The business was successful in spite of management, not because of it. Rigid management, making top down decisions. Arrogant towards needs of smaller clients. Chargeability trumps quality. This focus lead to work being performed at inappropriate levels as seniors where chasing impossible chargeability and exorbitant multipliers.

Processes regarding quality of work make sense, most people are friendly and helpful. There are many people willing to help you.

Cons

Uncertain job security, not the fault of WorleyParsons, need to be chargeable for every project you work on, management continues to reorganize on a regular basis
