-The cross discipline communications are tedious. People don't focus on the overall requirements of a project. The main sentiment is that data won't be provided between disciplines unless the person who needs it literally chases the other person for it.
-The atmosphere in the company is not inspiring at all. Management does not provide incentives or respect. It is common to see seniors yelling at their juniors for not having done things correctly in the first go.
-No training whatsoever. You are expected to learn on the job but projects have tight deadlines and thus you end up working as mechanical robots and only end up doing the same things repeatedly for different projects.
-Very biased to males. Hardly any females in leadership roles. Women are criticized for not performing but in reality they are not given the same opportunities as the men are.
-Rewards don't match the amount of effort a person is expected to put in. In order to get an "exceeds expectations" in your performance review, you are expected to do things like cancel your holidays in the middle of your vacation and come back to work because nobody else in the company has been trained to do the calculations that you can. You will get appreciation for things like that but no monetary rewards.
