The atmosphere is professional and the opportunity for self development is very good. The company has been involved in high profile projects in the past which has contributed to the experience base. The company has a good remuneration strategy
Cons
There are quite a number of deadwoods in the organization that have gone far past their use-by dates but that are still being kept around. These people could be disruptive sometimes. Some of the department are quite hostile e.g pipelines
