Willing to give you all the responsibility you want; flexible working hours; most senior staff willing to mentor junior staff, you can learn a lot very quickly.
Cons
You are a free agent and up to you to make sure that you have another assignment lined up, or out the door you go. It seems like every day another manager of this or director of that is hired. You never hear from them again or what strategic goal they are coming on-board to address.
