      Pros

      Still a great company, global presence, good projects coming through. There is the oppurtunity to move around to various countries, and to work on a varity of differnt projects.

      Cons

      There is a lot of focus on the restructuring right now, where a new advisory business is coming up to speed. For those that are part of the larger engineering pool, it feels like you are being swept aside for something shiny and new. Lot of uncertainty about where the company is heading and the communication around that (as it applies to most people) is not strong.
