      Pros

      When the company was growing and the leadership was focused on M&A activity, I had good operational control and implied authority to act.

      Cons

      Since John's departure, micro-management dominates. Most managers do not have the freedom to operate. The company will protect its own.... so don't highlight shortcomings in the leadership.
