      not bad company, international environment, excellent projects, good corporate policy, nice people and experience

      too complicated internal procedures, cause large structure, overhead staff are very formal, engineers so much unformal

      Globe company is too big to catch up new technology, struggle between area policy and global rules, some manager can over use their power
