      International company, Publically listed, Transparent policy & procedures, good safety culture, open minded & tolerant

      Cons

      Fragmented. A collection of small bought-out organisations who have difficulty working as a team at management level. Bought-out company managers should be told to get with the program or get out - but haven't been told this

      Pros

      Good training, good pay and good environment. SOme of the traniing was fantastic. I really recommendthe training process as an experienced hire.

      Maybe have to hire some more graduates. SOme of the tasks i have to complete are really menial and beneath me

      A big company, local and short-sighted culture

      can relocate to other locations worldwide.

      Cons

      This has become a big company from acquisitions of many small to medium sized companies. Therefore, there is not yet a culture of a large company. It might take this company forever to develop a culture of a big company. There is little to none communication between the management and the employees. Even small matters, like office moving, are brought into the employee attention at the last moment. I know people who were laid off at few hours notice.
