Salary is respectable and lower level employees are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Micro management. DEI - Women are FastTracked to upper level position and competition Leadership lacks any and all responsibilities for lack or loss of client work. Employees are asked to bill alot of overhead to clents.

I couldnt find any pros. Infact wasted 2 years of time when I worked there

Cons

- They hired me as a DGM. There was no role clarity about my role in the organisation. - They manipulate the reviews and can give the reviews as per their discretion. - They didnt give me work for one year and asked to work as a project engineer though I was holding a deputy general Manager position. - I refused and escelated matter to leadership and HR but all in vain. HR is for namesake and they are of no use in company and so is leadership. - I filed a compliance action against the superiors and HR in head office and the investingation is going on. - They are not even settling my final provident fund. - Dont waste your precious work years in this useless organisation. - I was even told by one manager that they actually put people on PIP by plotting against them when there is no work and they need to get rid of people.
