      - Fun work environment, and a collaborative team working towards a common vision. - Relaxed dress code - Espresso machine, and company provided celsius - Great leadership and boss, beautiful office location - Top technology in the industry, all the systems needed to be successful in recruitment. - Newer company, lots of room for growth and advancement as it continues to grow.

      Cons

      - It requires A LOT of hard work and time to build up your book of business. You have to buy in and sacrifice in the short term. It will take you about 1 year to break the draw and start reaping the benefits of the commissions. - Some of the candidates you speak with will drive you insane. - This goes for any recruitment job, but the job is really 7 days a week. You have to always be attentive to your phone and emails to maximize all opportunities.
