Pros

If you're a favourite or a man most of the time you will be fed people who are ready to purchase a kitchen and those people earn the most money, I was the favourite for one month and I sold the most that one month.

Cons

Terrible hours, terrible management, terrible resources. Unless you're a favourite or in my case unless I could have been a man I was treated differently, I was picked on, I was messed around by management and to top it off they couldn't be bothered to give over 700 people furlough going into a recession, even when it doesn't cost them a penny. They told me they hoped i'd do well in the future and I suppose this has helped me get away from this place. They also make you write a review while you're on training and they are selling you the dream...

Pros

Company vehicle. Initial training is good

Cons

Unrealistic timescales , long hours, management communication with staff is vile . No care for employees. Many of the good reviews are written when staff are in training. Horrible greedy company.

Pros

Met some lovely people Nice Building

Cons

Changed my job role and contract on the second day of training to help the company in a busy period, promised to be able to go back to original position in a couple of months. Finally started training for the original job role and they turned around and said they we're no longer allowing us to return to it. I was forced to stay in a job role I did not agree too which was pretty much working in a call centre handling complaints. This is not a family run business, they don't care about their employees. You always feel someone is looking over your shoulder either by management or higher ups. The workload is overwhelming with calls never ending and not having enough time to finish your previous work before another one comes in, they ask you to reply to emails inbetween calls which there is no time as the next call comes through immediately. Training wasn't great as in customer care you deal with everything and they only show you a limited number of things which leaves you to deal with things you have no idea to resolve. Rules constantly change from week to week on what you can and can't do . Most positive reviews for the company are from people who are still in training who are pressured to write a them before they even start their job role, with Wren promising vouchers for good ones. Many people were let go hours before lockdown happened and then asked to return after lockdown had eased. Spent many months on furlough with no real communication on when we would be returning, when I finally did I was thrown in the deep end returning to an office which was a ghost town with an endless amount of work that there wasn't enough people to handle. No recap training was offered before I started, after being off for 4 months I had things I couldn't remember but felt forced to get on with it. Many people have walked out recently including management because of all wrongs this company does. There is no real insentive to move higher up as the pay rise is minimal for the added amount of stress you get. This place has caused so many people stress and anxiety and leaving has been the best decision I've ever made.
