Pros

The short time at the showroom was good. Everyone was helpful. Looking forward to training. 2 week training at the nest. Brilliant trainers. Could not fault them.

Cons

I passed every exam with an A grade. I passed the comparison demonstration 100% score. It was 5 minutes before the end and graduate, I get called out by HR and told.. we are failing you on your probation. No reason given. Got told to leave. I had done nothing wrong and was a model student. What company does this to you without giving a reason. I was told I will get a letter in the post but the reason would not be on it. I would have to 'request' the reason. Totally shocked.

Pros

None that I can remember regarding the company other than really impressive showrooms. However it’s all front end. Poor training, poor mangers, poor direction from the top

Cons

No back up Bully culture 12 month probation with possibility of another 3 months after that. So nobody is safe. One bad month and it’s cheerio

Pros

Amazing showroom and ability to work part time. Great training online and at the nest (not backed up in the showroom)

Cons

raining, showroom standards & commission. At the time of me working there, they also offered several shift options so you could work evenings for example if you wanted the morning free. Cons Dishonest, untrustworthy, badly managed, careless with their staff. little support from management in terms of staff development Very archaic way of treating staff, dictatorial, treat you like you are children and do not value experience and wisdom, poor communication skills with very Immature management, lack of any organisation , hire and fire approach, no ongoing sales training and morning meetings are 101 ways to get fired so non-motivational.. High staff turnover, not allowed to have an opinion on anything. even told not to say if you thought things could be better when going to the nest - Rule with fear and absolutely no job security.
