      Wren is a great place to work

      Pros

      Wren is a growing business that is always improving week on week, the factory has a clean safe working environment along with good pay and holiday package. Wren likes to promote within and for the right people who work hard and show the right attitude you can go far in this company. In my time here I have seen numerous members of staff be promoted through hard work and determination. The management teams are very supportive and are always there for any issues that arise work or personal related. Health and safety is paramount and continuous improvements are always being carried out.

      Cons

      Wren is not for everyone, if you are not dedicated, used to being busy and willing to work hard , you will not progress in this company.

      Convenient locations but challenging work environment

      They are based within the m25 so loads of locations

      Cons

      1 you are expected to design how can you sit in a showroom with music blasting In the background. Targets are not mentioned f clearly and constantly watched on cctv

      Too much pressure!

      The system is good to use. VR is a nice touch

      Cons

      Too pushy on sales. Management want deposits at the first appt. Management gives your leads to top performers and then pesters you when you don’t sell.
