Not much to say, but motivational and they had nice technology.
Cons
Sales staff are under pressure even when footfall is low. Need to hit the threshold before they earn any commission. The threshold went up, so if you sell £25,999 – no commission.
Work every weekend. Long hours are expected to come in on days off and stay back after shifts to keep the figures up.

Wren’s staff training is fully paid for, intense and teaches you everything you need to get started. Motivational support.
Cons
Toxic culture at some stores. Managers will give online leads to their favourite employees. No fair system and politics/ gossip between employees
