Pros

Realising any job after this would be so much better

Cons

Being micro-managed. Being watched via camera by company directors. Having weekend students come in to generate leads and feed to their favourites. Being wrong, even when you’re right. Never, ever getting a weekend off. Being told you have to generate £1000s a month in extra sales, just because they begrudgingly had to honour a legal increase in the minimum wage.

Pros

Not really any positives at all.

Cons

Micromanaging, bad atmosphere, toxic workplace, long hours on your feet all for minimum wage. Sales tactics is to to push you to pressure customers, just gets embarrasing.
