Pros

I am new to the company, only two weeks in but really wanted to praise the company for all the support and help I have been given so far. The training has been incredible, I have learned so much already and have been made to feel very welcome. I have generally really enjoyed the experience and would recommend : )

Cons

I have enjoyed everything so far : )

Pros

•Warm, comfortable offices •Tea ladies are genuinely lovely •Cheap, convenient canteen lunches •Sociable environment if you are younger, plenty of people around your age •Part time flexibility (this worked well for me) •Quarterly bonuses exist and some discretion is sometimes applied when targets are clearly unrealistic

Cons

•Disorganised structure in Customer Service, frequent changes to roles and reporting lines •High staff turnover, and it is easy to see why •Management instability, managers moved around often, sometimes demoted •Culture feels heavily stats driven and one size fits all, even when roles are different •Targets and review scoring can be inconsistent, managers may acknowledge targets are not realistic but you are still marked down officially •Harsh approach to sickness absence in my experience, even when illness is genuine and evidence is available •Poor communication after dismissal, told you can get in touch but then no reply (even after a month)

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback following your 3 years at Wren, and for your time with us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with a wide range of customers and that this aspect of the role was rewarding for you. We also appreciate your comments regarding weekend working, As a retail business, weekends are naturally our busiest periods, and this does require flexibility from our showroom teams. That said, we absolutely understand how important work–life balance is and appreciate your feedback on this. If you would like to discuss your experience or give us any further feedback please don't hesitate to contact us at LetsTalk@wrenkitchens.com. Thank you again for your time with Wren and we wish you success in your future.
