Supportive team but poor management and blame culture

The template team in Scotland were a nice bunch of lads.

Cons

Expected to work out with your contracted hours and not compensated for it. Micro managed by several managers. Support from management is non existent. A blame culture company. Huge fines. Poor salary. You would be better off on job seekers. You will be asked to lie to customers. When you refuse they will use this as a reason for your dismissal
