Pros

They do a huge amount of training to start which is great to introduce you into the world of kitchen design if you are unfamiliar, even if it does include ridiculous role playing.

Cons

HR is a complete mess with the main contacts being in the UK. HR running the US side of things doesn't have much experience. There seems to be a lot of shoe-filling without thought of if people can actually do the jobs. Once you leave training you are then left to struggle and this is their aim. It seems they feel that helping people will not allow them grow. Yes, people need to discover things on their own but it takes a lot for some people to ask for help and it seems wrong to ignore the request. Cannot have two days off in a row.
