      Pros

      You must be eager and dedicated to learning the Wren way! It works and the company knows that. Leading your team to success will make or break your monthly bonuses so if you aren’t involved in closing and supporting then this isn’t for you.

      Cons

      Slow to acclimate to the USA. No actual liaisons to help with HR, Payroll, staffing,etc. makes it very chaotic at times.
