Line managers get away with treating staff like dirt, if you try to raise the issue with their manager you're seen a trouble maker. They launched an anonymous survey to get feedback for their managers, only to launch a witch-hunt to find out who said anything negative. Lots of promises about benefits and growth that never materialize. Management do not listen to staff, attempting to think about a problem for yourself is quickly snuffed out. If you raise concerns about the working environment, they are ignored, and instead you are told about how well the manager and business is doing. Salary is WAY below industry standards
