Pros

Bonus, Hours, training and a lot of support from those around you. Senior managment are heavily involved with driving sales and helping push those who need that extra push. This is rewarded with a very genrous bonus scheme. The branch is shut for 10+ days leading in to christams which is fantastic and allows you to switch off before coming back for boxing day onwards.

Cons

work every weekend which means family/ work balance isnt what it could be

Pros

Sale based commission structure with high returns

Cons

Late nights, tough upper management and no job progression. Very little internal training on existing staff without trial and error. Leaving the job means loss of commission
