Pros

You can earn average money

Cons

Manager is rude. Expects you to work over your hours with no pay and threatens repercussions if you do not. Any form of criticism he threatens your job. He creates an awful atmosphere that makes people not want to work there. Wren also think its acceptance that when the minimum wage rises they increase a 'threshold' so you lose the additional money you were supposed to get. Living costs rise but Wren like to keep your earnings flat which means they technically have every designer a paycut this year.
