      Happiest I’ve been in a job

      Pros

      We are constantly pushed to do our best, given so much support and learning something new every day. We have an amazing team who are always on hand when we get stuck. The training is incredible but you do learn even more in the job itself, and the rewards and commission are next to not none.

      Cons

      It can be tough for new people as you have to get your own leads, previous sales experience is beneficial as this isn’t really taught.

      For starters you're very well looked after, and your given all the knowledge and tools you need to thrive!

      Cons

      Honestly as long as you're giving 100% and ask for support if/when you need it, you won't find a better Kitchen Retailer to work for.
