      Very few people speak English. Factory is incredibly hot. Line manager is judgemental of you taking water breaks. Very loud with no ear protection offered. No training offered.

      Great set of lads work here , Wage better than average

      Cons

      Management are a joke , change contract as and when it suits them . Bonuses aren’t worth having as they deduct when they feel like it. Poor home life due to hours and days they expect you to work. Now forced to work Sundays for flat pay . If you don’t do T100 lose bonus if you don’t sign new contract sacked within 6 weeks. Pay overtime when they remember to put it through 5-6 weeks later.General morale is very low as your treat people very poorly. No respect for workers . Bank holidays payed at flat rate and day in leu . Reviews on indeed are misleading as people are payed to leave good reviews. STAY AWAY VERY POOR PLACE TO WORK
