Pros

The amazing thing Ive found working at Wren Kitchens is there is so much untapped potential you can learn about yourself as I have. This is my first sales job I have done and previously I worked in retail selling shoes. Ive noticed I have built up the confidence to speak to customers on a deeper level and find out what they need and how we can meet their needs. I enjoy the role because designing kitchens can be fun aswell as everyones kitchen is different so you can be creative which makes it interesting.

Cons

The only con I can see as working as a designer is that your weekends are gone

Pros

I have worked in retail for almost 18 years and I have never felt so naturally welcomed to a company. The passion Wren have for it's customers and staff is amazing and such a motivation to make me want to be the best. The support in this showroom has been fantastic and while I like to think of it as being unique to this team I am sure it is reflected in every store throughout the business. If you are considering a career with Wren I would recommend being fully committed to all aspects of the role. There is design, there is sales and there is admin. Managing the balance is a challenge but the systems and software are designed to help and are constantly evolving to become more efficient. The management and compliance team are always involved and positively supporting your day to day role. I love seeing the end reults and knowing a customer has had their dream kitchen designed by me is greatly rewarding. I'm proud of my designs, I'm proud of being part of the Wren family and I would 100% recommend working here.

Cons

Lots to learn, remember and adhere to.
