      Pros

      unleashes your creative mind. having worked in retail before i really enjoyed it but never knew there was more to retail until i got into Wren. seeing staff and trainers telling us how their day to day is like really explored my creative mind. all these years i have acquired customer skills and now that i have completed the design side i cant wait to geet into the showroom and start my career.

      nothing as of yet. so far so good

      Pros

      The most important factor is the support system. People work together and support eachother. The responsibilities are challenging but by no means excessive. The atmosphere is relaxed and as long as you do your job you will not feel stress or pressure. Also, great bonuses and incentives so those who are prepared to work hard will get rewarded accordingly.

      Cons

      Salary could be slightly higher but the atmosphere, support system and bonus incentives more than make up for this.
