Pros

The ability to meet and speak with a range of different people. The pay - You start off at 17500 per year, with the ability to earn up to £200 bonus every month.

Cons

Management is appalling! They offer you no help or support, and you are often left to figure things out for yourself or to source advise from other team members. When you get angry customers on the phone (which happens on a daily basis!) You can very rarely escalate the call, as management do not want the hassle of speaking with customers. You get 35 minutes for lunch which is not long enough due to the wait time in the cafeteria. If your face or attitude doesn’t fit, they will terminate your employment with very little warning, and will make you work the full day and then ask you to leave the property half an hour before the end of your shift. They will also follow you through the office to ensure that you don’t talk to anyone!
