Pros

I am new here at wren, 4 weeks in and just graduated from training. I am blown away by the scope of the business and the in-depth world class training which has facilitated Wrens rise to the number 1 kitchen retailer in the UK... and soon to be USA.

Cons

None so far. The drive to the Nest wasnt the most fun, however I have met some wonderful people down here and I wish every success to all of the team at the nest and everyone in my training group.

Pros

Just finished training, which was surprisingly comprehensive and thorough. Looking forward to starting full time in my showroom.

Cons

Not being allowed a glass of wine with dinner.

Pros

Training is detailed and more than fit for purpose. There is a huge invesment in making sure that everyone who completes the training programme at the Academy is ready for personal success.

Cons

Some may say that working at the weekend is the downside to working at Wren, but it's an opportunity to engage with the highest volume of customers looking to make an investment in their kitchen
