Pros

Potential to earn great commission. They pay designers very well. And there is plenty of incentives. For kitchen staff. As for the guys on bathrooms they were given 3^ of sale.

Cons

The hours they make you work is illegal. Also they have about 15 designers in one showroom at a time. They get paid on deposit. So once they have your money. Good luck getting any response. They have a brilliant system where the designer will just give you a customer service number for a call centre in Hull where there all kids from college who don’t have a clue or any inclination to help in any way they’d just pass you’re number to another person. When I worked there I lost a kitchen due to a new fitters apprentice having a ASBO tag on. After saying we crb check our fitters I later found out he was right. And I ended up loosing a big kitchen order that had already been paid.

Pros

Nice working environment and facilities,

Cons

Constant fear of contract termination - after over a year of hard work, taken into a room and informed my contract was terminated. Pleas note Glassdoor users, Wren Kitchen sent an email to the workforce asking staff to create an account with Glassdoor using their wren email address, leave a review - after you left a review you receive a £10 amazon voucher from Wren. This is why multiple good reviews appeared in March (18). You can make of this what you wish - paying for good Glassdoors reviews? Using financial reward along with using the fear of termination to receive good reviews (especially when using a wren email address)? They have an 18 months instant termination rule to avoid any comeback. To big to take on? They have and still treat both staff and customers in an awful way.
