      Pros

      The working environment in terms of the building is great .brand new building with glass windows ,plants and modern furniture etc. Always striving for improvement in everything in all areas of the business IT systems, products . General feeling from my experience that people are helpful to each other across departments . The business is constantly growing and you really feel like you are working for a business that’s on the up and isn’t about to stop anytime soon.

      Cons

      Not a massive down point but the cantine varies in quality and I prefer to bring my own food but it would be adequate for some people . I have seen similar roles to mine paid slightly more but it doesn’t mean the salary’s are particularly low
