Pros

I like working for Wren Kitchens because it’s a mix of customer service, design, and sales in a fast-paced environment. I enjoy helping customers turn their ideas into a finished kitchen or bedroom, and being involved from the first chat right through to the final order. I also like that it gives me the chance to earn based on performance

Cons

Working at Wren can be pretty demanding sometimes because it’s fast-paced and there’s a lot to keep on top of, like sales targets and admin. It can get stressful when things are busy or customers want things sorted quickly, so you definitely need to stay organised and keep calm under pressure

Pros

Good company to work for, everyone is friendly and you have freedom to manage your own diary. Training is really well structured and there is always help available. Commission is better than a lot of places but you need to have drive to do well.

Cons

Lack of benefits in terms of sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, health plans. Do have to work all bank holidays and weekends (unless using holiday to book off).
