Pros

Good showrooms, that's about it. Stay well clear they will destroy you and your confidence and leave you jobless. The pay is poor for the hours

Cons

Glass door needs to look at this for clearly the staff have been told to leave reviews. Goes to show what sort off company wren are

Wren Kitchens Response

In the South Division , we have embraced Glassdoor and the importance of the reviews. What we have found recently is that Showroom Managers and their teams have voluntarily visited the website and given honest feedback, showing people that their showroom is a great place to work in. On Glassdoor, we have seen some very positive reviews where our people are really happy in their workplace and can see where Wren is going. We have also seen feedback with suggestions on where we can improve our business and we have taken these comments on board. There are lot of opportunities within Wren, we have some fantastic talent working within the business and we see new talent, every week, wanting to join us.

Pros

Free parking, low speeding fine, biometric logging in system, fun colleagues with lots of mutual despair. Skirts aren't ever too short! Bonus to encourage sales team to write "enhanced" positive reviews.

Cons

1/. Management are nasty school playground bullies. You're fine if you've been their years or are willing to get a brown nose with an unpleasant taste in your mouth.... 2/. They send solicitors "cease and desist letters" should you ever have the cheek and audacity to be honest about the horrendous working environment, substandard quality of product or general negatives of the company 3/. You can't trust anyone, they say one thing and do another. The "honest and safe" forum is a ruse and they will use it against you 4/. 4.30pm is the witching hour. If management want to see you then, take your bag in with you cause you're getting fired. 5/. You start early and finish late....And it's never noticed. 6/. You will be shouted at by customers. 7/. Unsupported by management 8/. Demeaned by the same people.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere Professional Working area Great Pay Progression Overtime available, pay dependent on how much you put in Helpful management Clean environment, Free Coffee! it may be stressfull but the flexible smoke breaks are a godsend on bus days when i have a couple mins spare.

Cons

Very much sales and targets driven which can get tiring Dependent on footfall heavily which doesn't make for a very easy job (I was asked to write this review, it is truthful. Wren Swindon is a great place to work, it does seem it can get worse elsewhere)
