Pros

I have been with Wren over 2 years, and have enjoyed every moment. There are always new opportunities just around the corner because of the rate the company is expanding. You are always supported by your line manager and senior management.

Cons

There are no real cons. You get out what you put in, long hours which is to be expected in retail, but you are rewarded and recognised accordingly for doing a good job.

Pros

Drives you to be at your best every day. Which keeps you on your toes at all time. Plenty of space to grow both as an individual and as a team.

Cons

There's not much I can say about the company that I'm not happy with. Working all bank holidays and weekends makes social life a little difficult. Saying that working in a team makes you feel as if you have family around you at all times so it counters itself
