      Great Financial Rewards. A Strong Basic with the rewards on Sales Commission and bonus We attract Driven and Determined people who are the best that they can be, we are a business that drives our employees hard and there are the rewards there for someone who fits the right profile. Tenacity and resilience with an ability to work under pressure are strong indicators to the right people for our business.

      See above if you are not a focused RETAILER and we expect 100% from everyone in the business, day in day out, week in, week out. Our work ethic is work SMART and work HARD to achieve your GOALS, the opportunities are out there for resolute and single-minded characters when it comes to wanting to be NUMBER 1 in our Marketplace

      Pros

      Great place to work we have a great team and management structure, I feel as I'm part of a family within the store and company,great opportunities are available to anyone that wants one. Fantastic pay if you work hard with integrity.

      Cons

      Having to work weekends but its something you get used to and it gives you time in the week to enjoy some free time.

      - Fantastic Pay - Work with an amazing team of talented individuals, everyone helps each other out and has a laugh throughout the day - Young company with excellent progression for those that look for it - Fantastic product - Great environment to work in

      Cons

      Can sometimes be unsociable hours, but weekends is where we are busiest and you make most sales so is worth it.
